Step 1
Slice a whole-grain baguette lengthwise, cutting each half across on the diagonal and top each piece with 2 Tbsp pizza sauce and a KRAFT SINGLES Fat Free Process Cheese Slice.
Step 2
Mix 1/3 cup each chopped, leftover asparagus and broccoli (or any other veggie), 1/2 a chopped red onion and a handful of chopped tomatoes. Divide in four and spoon over cheese on baguette pieces.
Step 3
Top with a sprinkle of KRAFT Light 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese and broil until cheese slices are melted.
