Everyone has their own go-to muffin recipe, but this muffin recipe is hard to beat. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese provides moisture and tang while the blueberries give these muffins a burst of colour. Treat yourself to one of these muffins as a snack or as part of your breakfast.

1-1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. orange zest
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup blueberries

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Add eggs and orange zest; mix well.
Step 4
Add cream cheese mixture to flour mixture; stir just until blended. Stir in butter. Gently stir in blueberries.
Step 5
Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
Step 6
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool muffins in pan 5 min.. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
