2 cups boiling water, divided
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Lemon Jelly Powder
2 cups cold water, divided
1/3 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavour of jelly powder in separate 8-inch square pan; stir until completely dissolved. Stir 1 cup cold water into each pan. Refrigerate several hours or until set.
Step 2
Cut jelly in each pan into 18 equal cubes. Divide jelly cubes between 6 dessert dishes.
Step 3
Spoon whipped topping over each dessert. Garnish with candied orange zest, if desired.

How to Make Candied Citrus Zest
Place zest from 2 oranges or lemons in small bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar; stir gently with fork until well blended.
