What do I need ?
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 each: carrot and red pepper, sliced
1 cup each: snow peas and bean sprouts
3 green onions, cut diagonally
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
3 Tbsp. soya sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Hot cooked rice

How do I make it ?
STEAM vegetables until tender.
COMBINE Miracle Whip, soya sauce, garlic and ginger. Add to hot vegetables. Serve over hot cooked rice.
