3 cans (19 fl oz/540 mL each) chili-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 cans (19 fl oz/540 mL each) black beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese, divided

Step 1
Cook chicken in large saucepan on medium-high heat until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, beans and chocolate; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Top each serving with 1/4 cup cheese.
