1/8 tsp. pepper
6 Tbsp. Classico Pesto di Sardegna Sun-Dried Tomato
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Place fish in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet. Season with pepper.
Spread with pesto. Top with bread crumbs and parsley; press gently into pesto to secure.
Bake 12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
