1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
4 cups small cauliflower florets
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Add cauliflower; toss to coat. Spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 25 min. or until cauliflower is tender and lightly browned; spoon into serving bowl.
Add coriander and lemon juice; mix lightly.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
For added colour and spice, add 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric and an additional 1/4 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper to seasoning mixture before tossing with cauliflower.
