1 centre-cut boneless pork loin roast (4 lb./1.8 kg)
2 onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic
3/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
3 lb. (1.4 kg) new potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick wedges

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400°F.
Place meat, onions and garlic in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix dressing, cheese and parsley until blended. Reserve 1/3 of the dressing mixture for later use; brush remaining dressing mixture onto meat.
Toss potatoes with reserved dressing mixture; place around meat.
Bake 15 min. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F; bake meat and vegetables additional 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until meat is done (160°F). Remove from oven.
Heat broiler. Place roasting pan 6 inches from heat; broil 3 min. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 min.
Slice meat. Serve with the vegetables.
