4 cups flour
2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2-1/4 cups Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese, divided
4-1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper, divided
3/4 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
4 eggs, divided
1 cup milk

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, 2 cups cheese and 1 Tbsp. (3 tsp.) pepper in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Whisk 3 eggs and milk until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir with fork until mixture forms soft dough.
Step 3
Divide dough into 4 pieces. Roll out each piece on lightly floured surface to 12-inch log. Place, 2 inches apart, on 2 parchment-covered baking sheets.
Step 4
Beat remaining egg in small bowl; brush over logs. Sprinkle evenly with remaining cheese and pepper.
Step 5
Bake 30 min., rotating baking sheets after 15 min. Remove from oven; cool logs 10 min. Meanwhile, reduce oven temperature to 300ºF.
Step 6
Place logs on cutting board; cut each into 24 slices with serrated knife. Stand slices on baking sheet. Bake 40 to 50 min. or until crisp and dry. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
