2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
2 tomatoes, chopped
125 g Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
16 baguette slices (1/2 inch thick), toasted
