1 head cauliflower (3 lb./1.4 kg)
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Cut leaves and bottom core off cauliflower; discard. Place cauliflower in shallow microwaveable baking dish. Add water.
Step 3
Microwave on HIGH 8 min.; drain. Return cauliflower to baking dish.
Step 4
Mix Miracle Whip, cheese and garlic until blended; spread onto cauliflower.
Step 5
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until cauliflower is tender and golden brown. Sprinkle with chives.
