Here's a fresh take on French fried potatoes! These oven-baked veggie fries are made with carrots and parsnips, and are seasoned with Tuscan dressing, garlic, thyme and Parmesan. Now that's a veggie side dish with a tasty twist!

4 carrots (1/2 lb./225 g)
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 sprigs fresh thyme
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Cut vegetables into matchlike sticks; place in large bowl.
Add dressing, garlic and thyme; toss to coat. Spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring after 10 min. Sprinkle with cheese.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Mix 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing and 2 tsp. prepared horseradish. Serve with the "frites."
