1/2 lb. (225 g) pappardelle pasta, uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup chopped Kalamata olives
1 Tbsp. capers
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Add pasta sauce, olives, capers and crushed pepper; mix well. Cook on medium heat 10 min. or until chicken is done and pasta sauce mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese.
Step 3
Drain pasta. Serve topped with chicken mixture.
