450 g whole wheat farfalle (bow-tie pasta) (about 5 cups), uncooked
1-1/2 cups light cream (5% fat)
1 cup walnut pieces, toasted
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 100% Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper

Step 1
Add pasta to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 10 min. or just until tender.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place cream, walnuts, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the garlic and salt and pepper in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Drain pasta; return to pan. Add sauce; mix lightly. Cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or just until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
