How do I make it ?
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. Add meatballs and reserved cooking water; stir. Cover; simmer 5 min. or until meatballs are heated through.
Add cream cheese product; cook and stir 30 sec. or until melted. Stir in spinach; cook and stir 1 min. or just until spinach is wilted. Add pasta and Parmesan; mix lightly.
