4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 cup sugar, divided
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
1 cup quartered strawberries
1 cup each blueberries and raspberries
1 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated

Step 1
Heat oven to 225°F.
Step 2
Cover baking sheet with parchment. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in medium bowl with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Add sugar, 1 Tbsp. at a time, beating constantly until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Spoon onto prepared baking sheet; spread into 10-inch round with back of spoon, indenting centre slightly.
Step 4
Bake 1-1/2 hours. Cool completely. Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate 15 min. or until slightly thickened.
Step 5
Transfer meringue to serving plate just before serving; fill centre with pudding mixture. Combine berries; spoon over pudding mixture. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
