1/4 cup canola oil
1/3 cup skim milk
2 egg whites
1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar blend sugar replacement
2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Beat oil, milk, egg whites and peanut butter in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in bananas.
Step 3
Mix remaining ingredients. Add to banana mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Step 4
Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. (Do not overbake.) Cool bread in pan 5 min.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.

For best flavour and moistness, use overripe bananas when preparing banana bread. Store fully ripe bananas in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags in freezer. When ready to use, remove bananas from freezer and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until thawed.
