A favourite flavour combination in a comforting bread pudding - what could be more delicious?

3/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1-3/4 cups milk
6 cups French bread cubes (1/2 inch)
3 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 tsp. icing sugar

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Whisk first 5 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Add bread; stir to evenly coat. Stir in chocolate.
Pour into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 40 min. or until centre is set and top is golden brown. Cool.
Sprinkle with icing sugar just before serving.
