1/3 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1-1/4 cups wheat bran flake cereal
1/2 cup bran cereal
1/2 cup grated apples
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup raisins

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Add to peanut butter mixture; mix well. Stir in cereals, then apples, nuts and raisins.
Step 3
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
Step 4
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 5 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
