Update our iconic flourless peanut butter cookie recipe with the addition of flax seed. We've used all natural peanut butter, granulated and brown sugars, egg whites and flax seed to create this delicious peanut butter cookie recipe.

1-1/4 cups Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flax seed, ground
2 egg whites

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Combine all ingredients except egg whites in large bowl.
Beat egg whites in large bowl with mixer on high speed 2 to 3 min. or until frothy. Add to peanut butter mixture; stir just until blended.
Shape into 20 (1-inch) balls; place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten in crisscross pattern with tines of fork dipped in sugar.
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until edges of cookies are set. Cool 2 min. on baking sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Prepare using Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter.
Substitute 2 Tbsp. hemp hearts for the flax seed.
