Our Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies combine two favourite ingredients into one delicious cookie! Enjoy these tender peanut butter cookies with their jelly-filled centres.

1 cup flour
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup strawberry jelly

How do I make it ?
Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Beat peanut butter, butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Heat oven to 375°F. Shape dough into 42 (1-inch) balls, using about 1 Tbsp. dough for each ball.
Place, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheets. Use handle of wooden spoon to make indentation in centre of each ball.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until bottoms of cookies are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets; transfer to wire racks.
Spoon jelly into centres of cookies.

Spoon jelly into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag, Use to fill centres of cooled cookies with jelly.
Prepare using Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter.
