Spray 2 (9x5-inch) loaf pans with cooking spray; line with parchment paper, with ends of paper extending over long sides. Combine peanut butter, oats and sugar.
Whisk eggs, bananas and oil in medium bowl until blended; stir in chocolate chips. Combine dry cake mix and pudding mix in large bowl. Add banana mixture; mix well.
Pour into prepared loaf pans. Top with peanut butter mixture; press lightly into batter with back of spoon.
Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
