This simple and easy recipe is a warm comforting dessert for two. Our Pear and Apple Crisp combines soft warm, fruit with a crispy peanut topping made with crushed digestive biscuits and a touch of cinnamon.

2 Tbsp. Kraft Peanut Butter with Honey
6 digestive biscuits, crushed
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Gala apple, peeled, chopped
1 pear, peeled, chopped
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. zest and 1 tsp. juice from 1 lemon

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into 2 (250-mL) ramekins. Top with crumb mixture.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until fruit mixture is hot and bubbly.

For best results, prepare using sweet baking apples, such as Gala or Golden Delicious; and cooking pears, such as Bartlett or Bosc.
Prepare using 2 apples or 2 pears.
Serve topped with a dollop of thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping or vanilla nonfat Greek-style yogurt.
