1 pear, thinly sliced
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
1/4 cup toasted pecan halves
3 slices prosciutto (45 g), chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary

Step 1
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Transfer to 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray. Let stand 10 min.
Step 3
Top with all remaining ingredients except prosciutto and rosemary; place on bottom oven rack.
Step 4
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until edge of crust is golden brown. Top with prosciutto and rosemary.
