3 fresh pears, chopped
3 fresh plums, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup roasted almonds, chopped
2 Tbsp. brown sugar blend sugar replacement
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cardamom
1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Toss fruit with lemon juice; spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Combine oats, flour, nuts, sugar replacement and spices in large bowl. Add margarine; mix with your fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit.
Step 4
Bake 50 to 55 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm topped with Cool Whip.
