4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
4 Swiss cheese slices (120 g)
1 Bosc pear, cut into thin slices, divided
1 cup Heinz Chicken Gravy
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Use sharp knife to make lengthwise cut in thickest side of each chicken breast, being careful to not cut through to opposite side.
Step 3
Fold cheese slices in half; place in pockets in chicken along with half of the pear slices.
Step 4
Place remaining pear slices evenly on bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with chicken and gravy.
Step 5
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
Step 6
Sprinkle with sage.
