20 Kraft Caramels
4 tsp. whipping cream
1-3/4 cups pecan pieces, toasted, finely chopped and divided
1 cup graham crumbs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 oz. (1/8 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Step 1
Microwave caramels and cream in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
Step 2
Reserve 1 Tbsp. nuts for later use. Add remaining nuts to caramel sauce along with the graham crumbs and vanilla; mix well.
Step 3
Cover baking sheet with parchment. Shape caramel mixture into 20 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. caramel mixture for each ball. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Drizzle with chocolate; sprinkle with reserved nuts. Let stand until chocolate is firm.

Storage Know-How
Store the cookie balls in tightly covered container at room temperature for up to 1 week. If refrigerated, the balls will become too firm, making them difficult to eat.
