3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
1 cup boiling water
1 Tbsp. green tea leaves
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
8 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
3/4 cup Heinz Tomato Juice with 50% Less Salt
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, pour boiling water over tea; let stand 2 min. Strain tea; discard liquid. Finely chop tea leaves.
Step 2
Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Stir in onions and garlic; cook 1 min. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes, tomato juice and tea leaves; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Drain pasta; place on platter. Top with chicken mixture and cheese.

Special Extra
Add 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product to the cooked chicken mixture; cook 3 to 5 min. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently. Spoon over drained cooked pasta, then top with cheese.
