1 pkg. (500 g) penne pasta, uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1/2 lb. (225 g) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 jar (640 mL) Catelli Garden Select Fine Herbs Pasta Sauce
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Step 1
Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until done. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Add vegetables to skillet; cook 4 to 5 min. or until mushrooms are tender, stirring frequently. Add pasta sauce, black pepper and chicken; stir. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Drain pasta. Add to chicken mixture in skillet; mix lightly.
