CRUST:
1 1/3 cups graham crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
FILLING:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 - 5 apples (perferably Spy's), peeled, cored and sliced
TOPPING:
2 Tbsp. graham crumbs
1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
3 Tbsp. cold butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

How do I make it ?

Step 1
COMBINE crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and butter. Press evenly over bottom and sides of 9" (1L/23cm) pie plate. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2
COMBINE brown sugar, flour, sour cream and cinnamon. Pour into prepared crust. Arrange apple slices over filling.
Step 3
COMBINE topping ingredients until crumbly and dot over top of pie.
Step 4
BAKE at 350°F (180°C) for 40 - 50 minutes or until apples are set and soft. If desired, serve with ice cream.
