1 Tbsp. oil
1 each green, red and yellow pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red onions
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) Heinz Original Beans in Tomato Sauce
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
8 small flour tortillas, warmed
2 cups shredded lettuce
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup light sour cream

How do I make it ?
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and onions; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add chili powder and cumin; cook and stir 1 min.
Stir in beans; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in lime juice.
Spoon vegetable mixture onto tortillas; top with remaining ingredients.

Serve with your favourite grilled or roast meat.
Pepper and Bean Dip
Omit tortillas, lettuce, cheese and salsa. Cook bean mixture as directed; top with the sour cream. Sprinkle with 1 sliced green onion. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
