Mix ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and garlic until blended. Reserve 1/4 cup ketchup mixture for later use. Pour remaining ketchup mixture over steaks in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steaks.
Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning after 30 min.
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Sprinkle steaks with pepper.
Grill 8 to 10 min. or until done (160ºF), turning and brushing with reserved ketchup mixture for the last few minutes.
Transfer steaks to cutting board; cover. Let stand 5 min. before cutting steaks across the grain into thin slices.
