3/4 cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Original BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp. coarsely cracked black peppercorns
8 boneless beef strip loin steaks (2 lb./900 g)

Step 1
Mix barbecue sauce and cracked peppercorns until blended. Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce mixture; brush remaining barbecue sauce mixture onto steaks. Let stand 30 min. to marinate.
Step 2
Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 3
Grill steaks 4 to 6 min. on each side or until cooked to medium doneness (160ºF). Remove from barbecue. Brush with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.
