Beat pudding mixes and remaining milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in melted chocolate.
Layer half each of the cookie crumbs, pudding mixture and cream cheese mixture in clear glass bowl; repeat layers. Top with reserved Cool Whip and crushed candies.
