2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup uncooked popcorn kernels
3 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
30 Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
15 hard peppermint candies, coarsely crushed (about 1/3 cup)
3 oz. (1/2 of 170-g pkg.) Baker's White Chocolate, chopped
2 Tbsp. multi-coloured sprinkles (green, red and white)

How do I make it ?
Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add popcorn; cover with lid. Cook until popcorn is popped, constantly shaking pan on burner to prevent popcorn from burning. Pour popcorn into large bowl.
Melt margarine in same saucepan on low heat. Add marshmallows; cook until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Pour over popcorn; toss until popcorn is evenly coated with marshmallow mixture.
Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Shape popcorn mixture into 12 (2-1/2-inch) balls; place on large sheet of parchment. Let stand until firm.

For best results, do not prepare using packaged microwave popcorn.
Use lightly greased hands to mix the popcorn mixture with the remaining ingredients before shaping into balls as directed.
