1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups Catelli Garden Select Diced Tomatoes & Basil Pasta Sauce
1 cup water
1 egg, beaten
2 cups low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese
9 oven-ready lasagna noodles
2-1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Pizza Mozzarella Cheese
75 g pepperoni slices

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables and garlic; cook 10 min. or until mushrooms release most of their liquid, stirring occasionally. Stir in pasta sauce and water; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Heat oven to 375°F. Mix egg, cottage cheese and Parmesan until blended.
Step 3
Spread 1 cup sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of 3 noodles and 1/3 each of the cottage cheese mixture, remaining sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni. Repeat layers twice; cover.
Step 4
Bake 45 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.

Note
Spreading a layer of sauce under the first layer of noodles in the baking dish will help prevent the noodles from sticking to the bottom of the baking dish.
