How do I make it ?

Step 1
Prick potatoes with fork; place in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 12 min. or until tender. Cool 10 min.
Step 2
Heat oven to 375°F. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; scoop out centres, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Refrigerate removed potato centres for another use. (See tip.)
Step 3
Place potato shells, cut sides up, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spread pizza sauce onto insides of shells. Place 2 pepperoni slices in each shell; top with cheese and remaining pepperoni slices.
Step 4
Bake 12 to 14 min. or until cheese is melted.
Step 5
Top with sour cream and basil.

How to Use the Removed Potato Centres
Refrigerate potato centres up to 3 days. To make mashed potatoes, place potato centres in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until heated through. Add 1/4 cup each milk and additional sour cream; mash until creamy.
