The irresistible spicy green dipping sauce takes these chicken fingers from everyday to something really special. Tossing them with Heinz Mayochup Sauce adds both flavour and moisture to the chicken before breading and baking it. These these chicken fingers make for great appetizers to enjoy out on the deck or as a hot snack before a big game. Just be prepared! Everyone will surely be asking for the recipe.

1/4 cup Heinz Mayochup Sauce
1 Tbsp. milk
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g), each cut lengthwise into 3 strips
1-1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup Renée's Creamy Italian Dressing
3 Tbsp. water
1 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro
2 green onions, coarsely chopped
1 fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped

Step 1
Mix Mayochup and milk until blended. Add to chicken in medium bowl; toss to evenly coat chicken with Mayochup mixture. Refrigerate 30 min.
Step 2
Heat oven to 400ºF. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Pour bread crumbs onto plate. Dip chicken, 1 strip at a time, into coating mix, turning to evenly coat both sides of each strip with bread crumbs. Place on prepared baking sheet. Discard any remaining Mayochup mixture and bread crumbs.
Step 3
Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done. Meanwhile, process remaining ingredients in food processor until smooth.
Step 4
Serve chicken fingers with the dipping sauce.

How to Double the Recipe
Prepare recipe as directed, doubling all ingredients. For best results, be sure to use a baking sheet large enough to arrange the chicken strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Makes 8 servings.
