Step 1
Use spiralizer to cut zucchini into thin lengthwise curled strips.
Step 2
Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add zucchini; cook 2 to 3 min. or until slightly softened.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and pesto; mix lightly. Cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cheese.

How to Make Zucchini Noodles without a Spiralizer
If you don't have a spiralizer, you can instead use a vegetable peeler to make the zucchini noodles. For best results, apply light pressure as you pull the peeler down the zucchini to make the wide fettuccine-like strips.
