A shot of espresso makes these mini chocolate mousse cups decadent and divine. Top them off with chocolate curls and you’ve got dessert for five with less than 10 minutes of prep.

3/4 cup whipping cream
4 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 T DISC Tassimo Nabob Espresso
1 Tbsp. butter

How do I make it ?
Cook 3/4 cup whipping cream in medium saucepan on medium-low heat 5 min. or just until cream begins to bubble around edge. Remove from heat. Add 4 oz. chopped Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate; stir until completely melted.
Prepare 1 T DISC Tassimo Nabob Espresso in mug or heatproof glass. Add to chocolate mixture; mix well. Cool slightly. Add 1 Tbsp. butter; stir until melted.
Pour into 5 small bowls or espresso cups; cover. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
