2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (9 inch)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. water

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 325°F.
Step 2
Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
Step 3
Pour into crust. Bake 40 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.
Step 4
Heat broiler just before serving cheesecake. Mix brown sugar and water until blended; spread over cheesecake. Place on baking sheet. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until topping is hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
