What do I need ?

1 large onion, cut in strips
1 Tbsp. butter
1-1/2 lb. baby carrots (about 6 cups/1.5 L)
1 can (10 oz/ 284 mL) chicken broth
1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
1 Tbsp. each: Heinz Dijon Mustard and chopped parsley

How do I make it ?

Step 1
SAUTE onion in butter until softened; stir in carrots. Add broth and bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Step 2
STIR in cheese and mustard and cook over low heat until smooth. Stir in parsley.
