These PHILADELPHIA Strawberry Cheesecake Cups are deliciously delightful! Made with a chocolate crumb crust, a creamy strawberry cheesecake filling and fresh strawberry garnish, these mini no-bake cheesecakes are perfect for your next dinner party.

2 env. (7 g each) unflavoured gelatine
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup chocolate cookie baking crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
3-1/2 cups fresh strawberries, divided
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Step 1
Sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 cup cold water in small saucepan; let stand 1 min. Cook on low heat 3 min. or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Cool.
Step 2
Meanwhile, combine baking crumbs and butter; press onto bottoms of 6 greased giant muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray, adding about 2-1/2 Tbsp. crumb mixture to each cup.
Step 3
Reserve 6 strawberries for garnish. Place remaining strawberries in food processor; process until finely chopped. Add cream cheese, sugar and orange juice; process until smooth. Add gelatine; process until blended. Pour into medium bowl. Fold in Cool Whip; spoon over crusts.
Step 4
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Step 5
Remove desserts from muffin pan just before serving. Slice strawberries; place on desserts.
