Everyone knows that chocolate and cheesecakes make a creamy and delicious combination. We've taken it one step further with the addition of OREO Cookies in this unforgettable, but oh-so-easy, PHILLY 3-Step OREO Party Cheesecake.

2-1/2 cups Oreo Baking Crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
20 Oreo Cookies, divided
6 oz. (3/4 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup whipping cream

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine baking crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate 10 min. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
Step 3
Pour half the cream cheese batter over crust. Break 12 cookies into coarse pieces; sprinkle over batter in pan. Cover with remaining batter. Bake 40 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate 3 hours.
Step 4
Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and cream in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 to 3 min. or until chocolate is almost melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended; pour over cheesecake. Break remaining cookies into coarse pieces; sprinkle over cheesecake.
