Here's a fun take on a classic Southern sandwich. It's a great recipe to serve at a bridal shower, baby shower or afternoon tea.

125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup diced pimentos
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. Heinz Yellow Mustard
10 slices white bread
10 slices whole wheat bread

How do I make it ?
Beat all ingredients except bread in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
Use 1-1/4-inch star-shaped cookie cutter to cut 4 star shapes from corners of each bread slice. Remove cutouts from bread slices.
Place white star cutouts in holes in whole wheat bread slices. Repeat with whole wheat cutouts and white bread slices.
Spread cream cheese mixture onto white bread slices, adding about 2 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture to each bread slice. Cover with whole wheat bread slices. Cut into quarters to serve.

Cut crusts off sandwiches before cutting into quarters to serve.
Serve with gherkins and pickled onions.
