1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 jar (198 g) Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
1 can (14 fl oz./398 mL) crushed pineapple in juice, well drained
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted, divided

How do I make it ?
Mix cream cheese and marshmallow creme in medium bowl until blended. Add pineapple; mix well.
Reserve 2 Tbsp. coconut for later use. Stir remaining coconut into cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Sprinkle with reserved coconut just before serving.

How to Toast Coconut
To create a crispy texture and complex flavour, toast coconut before using. MICROWAVE METHOD: Spread coconut in microwaveable pie plate; microwave on HIGH 3 min. or until lightly browned, stirring every minute. OVEN METHOD: Spread coconut evenly in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 7 to 10 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Watch carefully as coconut can burn easily!
