1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

Step 1
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Cut pineapple slices into quarters.
Step 2
Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer in small bowl until blended. Blend in 1/4 cup of the reserved syrup. Brush savoiardi with remaining syrup.
Step 3
Place 2 savoiardi on each of 5 serving plates; top each with 2 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture and 2 savoiardi. Spoon 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture over each dessert. Top evenly with pineapple pieces.

How to Soften Cream Cheese
