2 slices white bread, toasted, cubed
1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1 can (14 fl oz/396 mL) crushed pineapple in juice, drained, divided
1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
dash ground cloves
1 boneless turkey breast (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1 Tbsp. oil

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine bread, nuts and 1/2 cup pineapple; reserve for later use. Mix remaining pineapple with ketchup, cranberry sauce, orange juice and cloves until blended.
Step 3
Cut lengthwise slice in thickest side of turkey breast, being careful not to cut through to opposite side. Open turkey like a book; pound to 1-inch thickness. Spoon bread mixture onto half the turkey breast; fold turkey in half to enclose filling. Secure edges with wooden toothpicks.
Step 4
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add turkey; cook until evenly browned on both sides, turning once. Transfer to 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour ketchup mixture over turkey.
Step 5
Bake 45 min. to 1 hour or until turkey is done (165ºF). Remove and discard toothpicks before slicing turkey.
