1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
1/4 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1/4 cup chopped toasted pistachios
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)

Heat oven to 400ºF.

Place fish on parchment-covered baking sheet. Mix next 6 ingredients; spread over fish. Top with nuts.
Step 3
Bake 12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Drizzle with lemon juice; sprinkle with chopped coriander.
