1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1/2 cup dry Italian-style bread crumbs
2/3 cup Catelli Tomato & Basil Pizza Sauce, divided
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
5 slices pepperoni
2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
1 Tbsp. sliced black olives

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and 1/3 cup pizza sauce just until blended.
Press meat mixture into even layer in 8-inch round pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until done (160°F), topping with remaining pizza sauce, cheese and remaining ingredients after 20 min.

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing and hot cooked pasta.
This delicious meatloaf can instead be baked in a 9-inch round pan. Prepare recipe as directed, except reduce the baking time to 20 to 25 min. or until done (160°F), topping with remaining pizza sauce, cheese and remaining ingredients after 10 min.
